PRHTA’s biggest event of the year is on its way, and it’s never too early to sign up—please make a note of the dates August 14-17, 2012 so you don’t miss a single event! This year, we will have even more networking events as well as a change of venue: the Convention & Trade Show will now take place at the Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa, A Wyndham Grand Resort. We are also incorporating bartending and housekeeping competitions and again bringing high-caliber speakers for our seminars and workshops!

Our love for our beaches, mountains, wildlife and natural heritage drives our desire to share and promote these true blessings with the world. We believe that our social interactions through travel and tourism are more meaningful when we protect and conserve a healthy environment and actively promote a responsible interaction with our natural assets.

Due to  our sense of responsibility to our environment this year we will be going paperless and all our convention material will be posted online.  If you would like a copy of the final program please print it out before leaving to the convention, we will not be printing a complete program.  Pocket calendars will be available at  the convention.
