Small Inns Brochure:  The Small Inns Committee in cooperation with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, has developed a Small Inns Brochure used to promote the member hotels that are in the program. Each participating hotel contributes with funds that are used to promote the properties in all the various promotions in which the Puerto Rico Tourism Company participates during the year. The Puerto Rico Tourism Company developed the brochure as selling piece and it is also available online.
 

Small Inns Website: Any Small Inn can participate in this website for a small fee. The site has been live for over 10 years and is very popular. Each participating property receives a monthly report on the productivity of this site. It is dedicated solely to small hotels of 1 to 75 sleeping rooms. Promotion for Vieques & Culebra Islands: A program is being developed through the Vieques & Culebra Committee to market the two islands with Virtuoso. This program is being prepared with Condado Travel and Vieques Air Link. It will be finalized by Spring 2010 and will bring new reservations to our islands.
 

The Marketing Committee works with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau and the Puerto Rico Convention Center to develop destination programs. This committee meets yearly with the Puerto Rico Business Partners in order to maximize advertising agreements that each has with Puerto Rico. The Committee works on seasonal promotions that are circulated to all member hotels.
 

Santander Promotion: Each year the PRHTA works with Banco Santander to develop a program for the bank's clients. This program is promoted through the bank’s billings, tent cards in its different brachnes and in local newspapers.
